The MPC (High Performance Computing) Beowulf Cluster is available to all UCI Researchers.    For an account, please contact Joseph Farran  jfarran@uci.edu

MPC consist of public nodes and private nodes and it is open to the entire UCI community.

Note:
A new and improved MPC head node is coming in January/February of 2012.    MPC is also receiving around 14 high-end 64-core nodes for the MPC partners.    A new scheduler will enable the MPC-partners users to be able to utilize all available idle compute nodes when not in use for zero waste computing.  Harvesting all idle nodes.

We are also working with NVIDIA through Advanced HPC to see if we can get some of their high end NVIDIA tesla GPUs cards for benchmarking and testing of your models.
